Want to be part of the ARTc scene? Here’s how!
Registration/Check Out: Get our guests ready for the event by checking them in, verifying their information, and supplying them with bid cards. Be an integral part of art acquisition by notifying guests of pieces they’ve won and informing them of art transportation options (16 slots)
Art Wall/Bidding Volunteers: For the art expert or budding auctioneer! Review the bid sheets throughout the evening and referee a bidding war! Closeout bid sheets and ensure art’s transportation to the Wrapping Station. (18 slots)
Art Wrap Volunteers: Help guests retrieve their treasures! Wrap, label, and store art or transport pieces for vehicle pick-up. Communicate art transportation options to guests unable to bring pieces with them on October 27th.(5 slots)
Ushers: For the Renaissance volunteer! Guide check-in lines, keep an eye on the Art Wrap area and the Cashier Desk, assist in art transportation, and bid guests farewell at the close of the event. (10 slots)
